Terms & Conditions

1. Returns 

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund subject to it being in a re-sellable condition, with proof of purchase, within 21 days. If you need to return something, simply fill in the returns form. You can also return the item /s in person to our store, Braggs, 341 Ballards Lane, North Finchley, N12 8LJ. Tel: 020 8445 3945. Please enter the individual product items name and also the product code for reference for the return and also refund purposes.

We are unable to offer an exchange on hosiery and swimwear items, for hygiene reasons.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions for future orders.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Billing

We will only take payment for the items you purchase on the day that they are dispatched. You will normally receive your goods within approximately three - four working days. However, this can fluctuate according to stock availability.

We would like to remind you that delivery on any orders placed between 10th August and 15th September may exceed our current delivery time.

The costs displayed below apply to standard delivery within the UK.

3. Out Of Stock

In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within our specified delivery times, we will notify you.

4. Delivery Address 

 We will deliver your goods to whatever address you choose be it work or home. 

If you select 'pick up from store' we will notify you as soon as your items are ready via a message, which could take up to two days.

5. Overseas Delivery 

We only ship in the UK, not overseas.

6. Checkout 

Before purchasing you can review your shopping basket and make changes to it if you wish. You will then be asked to provide your credit or debit card details and a delivery address. All orders are accepted and you will then be notified if there are any problems with the authorisation of your card.
